Eight Week High Intensity Interval Cardiovascular Training Program |
- I will teach you how to vary your cardiovascular workouts with a variety of equipment and techniques to keep your mind and body challenged.
- The sessions begin on the first Tuesday of every month and last through the following two months. Times vary based on availability. A written program and conditioning assessment are provided at the beginning and end of each session.
