- Sessions last 55 minutes in length at the LVAC Flamingo location
- Nutritional Guidance
- Personal Diet will be adjusted as needed
- Grocery & Kitchen Needs list
- Pre competition Needs/Expense Projections
- Optional attendance to grocery store for session price
- Cardiovascular Program individualized and adjusted as program progresses
