February 2011
Arnold 30 days away everything in order for me to compete have dropped ten of 15 pounds gained in two months. I am seeing a appreciable difference in the development of my lower body . I am expecting going into show with more balance and muscle maturity than ever before! More shows planned following Arnold; San Diego, Orange County and hopefully Nationals such as the USAs. This may be my third time in the USA's!
December 2010
Accepted for Arnold Amateur IFBB International Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships for Mach 3, 2011! Dieting and training ramped up & process of leaning out began.
January through November 2010:
My focus has been on building muscle in my lower body and back in preparation for the 2011 Figure Competitions. I have found that for me building lower body has been the biggest challenge. I cut out any longer bouts of cardiovascular training with emphasis on high intensity interval training. I completely eliminated running; as it has in the past leaned out my legs too much. I have focused on equipment or exercises which require my legs/glutes pushing through each repetition; SPIN, Stairmaster, Versaclimber, Elliptical, & Plyometrics. I increased my leg workouts to twice weekly & increased my carbohydrate intake gaining a total of fifteen pounds over the course of 9 months. I am hopeful there will be a difference on the flip-side of Sandy in 2011 :) once the dieting down is done.
January to June 2010
Training business has been keeping me very busy, I have foregone competing until fall of 2010. Personally I have been training with focus on increasing the size of my legs and glutes. I have been consulting & supervising the program design for an upcoming fitness website to be released July 1st. More information to be released on that soon!

November 2009
I am currently working on my weakest areas in hopes of attaining professional figure status in 2010. After consulting with the judges input in mind I have committed myself to three competitions in 2010. The competitions I have chosen are the Orange County Muscle Classic XXXIV; April 24th, California State on May 29th and the USA’s here in my hometown Vegas at the end of July. I’m looking for sponsorship for future figure competitions.
October 2009
The four competitions I completed this year were pretty exhilarating and at the same time exhausting. It is time now for me to rebalance my focus on family and my business. I love training and have some great memories and accomplishments from 2009! I am most proud of my Nevada State Overall Figure title. I feel more knowledgeable as a competitor and trainer and wish to pass that on to my clientele. I have expanded my business and am now working at two Las Vegas Athletic locations. I continue to work on creating new challenging functional training routines along with new expanded nutritional guidance geared toward the non-competitive every day “Joe”. I have future plans to hold healthy cooking classes and more grocery store guided “training” sessions this season. Success in the process of transformation all starts in the kitchen!
July through September 2009
I trained and competed in two Nationals competitions. I competed in the USAs in Las Vegas in July placing 16th and at Team Universe in New York in September and placed 9th.
June 2009
I competed in the 2009 GNC & Muscletech USA Figure Championships last night and placed 16th in Division E.

NPC California State Bodybuilding Figure & Bikini Championship- Tall Figure 3rd Place. Masters 7th Place.
I competed again in the Nevada State Bodybuilding & Figure Championship on June 6th, 2009 in Reno NV and placed; First in Tall Division First in Masters Division. And to top it all off I won the OVERALL for Figure for Nevada State Figure Show 2009.
This is the best placing ever and I am again qualified for Nationals. I am training for the GNC USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships here in Las Vegas July 24-25th!!

I recently worked with George Kontaxis on photography shoot in the beautiful Red Rock Conservation Area. He created the Body of Art 2009 calendar and I am hopeful regarding making his calendar for 2010!
May 2009
I competed on Saturday, May 23rd at the California State Figure on placed 3rd in the tall division/E! I also competed in the Masters and placed 7th.
January 2009:
I start the leaning out phase in preparation for spring competitions. My ultimate goal is to win an IFBB pro card at the Junior USA Figure Championships held in Charleston South Carolina on May 23, 2009.
September – December 2008:
I have been lifting heavy and training with the goal of putting on some muscle these last several months.

I was involved in the filming of a new Las Vegas Athletic Club commercial filming. Look for me in the commercial for the Las Vegas Athletic Club later this year!
February -May 2008:
I’ve been working steadfast with my clientele ranging from ages 18 to 54! Their goals range from simply improving their symmetry, prepping for an upcoming wedding, modeling for a billboard, FAME Bikini competitor, and losing body fat. After several requests I have introduced online nutritional consulting programs for out of state individuals. This month I had the amazing opportunity of working with a client whom traveled from Texas to train with me. She had lost 100 pounds before hitting a plateau then found me and has lost another 14 pounds in the first 3 weeks! Training packages can be tailored for Out of Town Clientele and adjusted for your length of stay. Unfortunately, the seminar for the fall has been postponed until further notice.
December 2007 - January 2008:
The final editing has been completed on one of the projects I’ve been involved in since last year! The Fast Fat Loss Plan Book and DVD was released for sale and is advertised in Oxygen Magazine. Check it out! I think you will love this version of the book. It is a clear easily illustrated plan to follow and learn the basics of losing fat fast! I am also in preparation for a Seminar being filmed in September here in Vegas.
October 2007
NEW CONSULTING PROGRAM with an NPC judge. Prior to starting training, we assess the client’s body regarding V-Taper and overall muscle development and symmetry, and then work with each client’s body to bring them to their best individual genetic potential. This is a unique program which I feel can save a figure competitor from spending months of training without direction on what to build in order to compete at their best genetic potential. The Fast Fat Loss Plan Book and DVD was just released for sale and it can be ordered by contacting me.

Became a Figure Coach working with Dan Burke of FigureCoach.com. and completed photo shoot for an instructional DVD and book coming soon.

Results of USA competition. Placed 11th in my division! I am extremely satisfied with the result considering there were over 200 individuals whom qualified for the National competition!
