- I started training with Sandy in March of 2007.  My purpose of getting a personal trainer was to prep for my 1st figure competition.  I saw her ad and knew she would be the trainer for me.  I had been working out for a year already and knew I needed someone to take me to the next level.  Training with Sandy was fun and never boring.  I worked harder than I ever thought I could.  Sandy is a plethora of knowledge, I learned so much while increasing my size and strength.  I rapidly saw changes in both my body and my strength.  Also, her nutritional advice was superb.  She created a custom diet just for me which aided in my final results.  I accomplished my goal of competing in my 1st figure competition; my only regret was not having more time with Sandy.  My results were amazing and if in the future I decide I need another trainer Sandy will definitely be the one for me.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Kim Ordonez After hurting my back while playing volleyball in a swimming pool in Cancun, I realized that I had to do something about my physical condition.  At 5'3" and 150 pounds I was an uncomfortable size 12.  My boyfriend was a professional chef, and we both were in the food/wine industry, so you can imagine what our hobbies were:  eating & drinking!

I was able to lose the first 25 pounds by doing tons of cardio with a fitness trainer and changing my diet, and I felt better than ever.  However, although I was thinner, my physique lacked shape and tone, and my first trainer had suggested that I consider competing in a 'figure' competition.  I wanted to shape my muscles and really look fit.

So, I began searching for another trainer to take me to the next level, and found Sandy. Although my initial decision to call Sandy was due to her outstanding credentials and incredible physique, I was hooked the instant we spoke on the phone.  Sandy  was positive, knowledgeable, and  she listened to my needs.  Once I began working out with her, I saw results within the first couple of weeks.

Not only did she create a customized nutrition plan for me, but she varied my workouts each week to keep me from getting bored and to avoid plateauing. One of my favorite things about Sandy is her positive and motivating demeanor.  She is always there to answer questions and to recommend other resources to learn more.  I wouldn't trust anyone else to prepare me for my first figure contest or to get me in the best shape of my life.  Sometimes you just need someone to tell you that you can do it and believe that you can...!  Thank you Sandy!

I have been overweight my entire life with the scale weighing in between 180 to 230 pounds.  I came to Sandy September 2007 at 168 pounds and 27.5 body fat.  Though this was the lowest I have ever weighed as an adult, I was lacking muscle and my body had no definition.  I've worked with personal trainers in the past and I have never experienced a trainer that is what I consider to be the total package.  Sandy is knowledgeable in all the areas that it takes to make a total body transformation.  She is well studied and read.  In addition, she also lives the lifestyle she teaches to her clients, so she knows first hand how much work and dedication success entails. Eating clean, cardio, weight training, and positive thinking is what Sandy teaches!  In addition, she is extremely organized.  She keeps all of her clients' individual training regimens on a PDA, which allows for complete efficiency.  She knows what exercises you will be doing and at what weight you should be lifting.  Trainers who don't have this level of organization waste your time in repeating exercises from the last work out and guessing on the weight you should be lifting as opposed to knowing and upping the ante for the ultimate muscle challenge.  My body has responded so well to Sandy's training.  It is truly amazing and I never thought I could make this kind of change!  After 5 months I am now 154 pounds and below 20% body fat. I plan on continuing my training with Sandy until I can be the best that I can be!  With Sandy's expertise and genuine support I know it won't be long until I look in the mirror and see the reflection that I have always dreamed of seeing!

Sandy was actually my first inspiration for me to want to be fit and healthy. I was a new beginner at the gym and I saw Sandy. I said to myself, "that is what i want to look like!" Noticing her train many others and getting to know her, I asked if she would train me. I would not be where I am today with out her! When I first met Sandy I knew right away that I wanted her to be my trainer. She had the body that I wanted. She was an inspiration in so many ways. Sandy is so knowledgeable, from fitness to nutrition to even special needs. She created each workout especially designed for my body type and needs. Any question or concern I had she had an answer to help me understand. She is always positive and would give me that extra push. I always felt great (and exhausted) after working with Sandy. She helped me realize the potential I had to change my body and my life. I would recommend Sandy to anyone who wants a compassionate, caring and tough at the same time trainer. Sandy was everything I wanted plus more in a trainer. If ever I get a trainer again, Sandy will definitely be the one!!
